Your supporters
This page is for a member who sells, or a parent selling for a child. It covers Supporters on your seller page: who appears on it, what each row shows, and what it leaves out. The page is a thank-you list, so you know who to thank. A parent and a member see the same page. For a parent, the list is your child’s supporters.
Open Supporters
Section titled “Open Supporters”Open your seller page and select Supporters, under the To do list. See Your seller page if you are not sure where that is. The list is headed Your supporters. The small About supporters icon beside the heading says: “Buyers who ordered through your link, whose sale you recorded, or whose order the treasurer credited to you. You see their name and what they spent, not their email or phone.”
Every plan has the page, and a suspended organization still shows it. Nothing on it can be changed, so there are no buttons.
Who appears
Section titled “Who appears”A buyer appears when at least one of their orders is credited to you. That covers orders placed through your share link and sales you recorded, and orders the treasurer credited to you. See Attribution for how an order reaches you.
An order counts here unless it is canceled or refunded in full. So these appear:
- A paid order.
- A pending order, such as a cash or check order that has not been paid yet, or a pay-later order you recorded as Not yet.
- A paid order that was partly refunded.
A buyer whose only orders are canceled or refunded in full does not appear. The list does not look at delivery, so a buyer shows up before you have handed over their order.
Repeat orders fold into one row. The console treats two orders as the same buyer when they carry the same email address. When an order has no email, it matches on the name instead, ignoring capital letters and spaces at either end. So two name-only orders from “Pat Lee” and “pat lee” are one row. An order with no email also joins a buyer with an email when an order of theirs has the same name and no other buyer with an email does. When two buyers with different emails share that name, the console cannot tell which one placed it, so it stays in its own row with any other name-only orders under that name. Two different people with the same name and no email also fold into one row.
What each row shows
Section titled “What each row shows”- The buyer’s name. It is the name on their most recent order, so a repeat buyer who changed how they write their name shows the newer one.
- The order count and the last order date. For example “2 orders, last on Oct 31, 2026”. One order reads “1 order”. The count includes pending orders. The date is when the buyer’s most recent order was placed.
- The amount. It is what the buyer’s paid orders add to your Raised: the order subtotal less any refund, without fees the buyer chose to cover. A pending order adds nothing until its payment is recorded. A buyer who has only pending orders shows Awaiting payment in place of an amount. See Orders and sales you record for the same rules under All orders.
The list runs from the most recent buyer down, ordered by each buyer’s last order. It is one list with no pages and no search.
What it leaves out
Section titled “What it leaves out”The list shows no email address, no phone number and no delivery address; you see only the name, the count, the date and the amount. While an order still needs delivering or collecting, your To do list shows the buyer’s phone and email, so you can call, text or email them. Once it is delivered and paid, the contact leaves your list. All orders never shows it. To thank a buyer, print a thank-you note from All orders, or ask the treasurer.
The list also leaves out orders credited to other sellers, canceled orders, and orders refunded in full. A buyer’s amount here is for your orders only, not what they spent across the whole fundraiser.
The treasurer’s Contacts page counts differently. It counts only paid orders, on the subtotal before refunds, so a buyer with a pending order can be on your list and not on theirs, and the amounts can differ. A buyer who gave no email or phone, such as a name-only cash sale, is never a contact. See Managing Contacts & Supporters.
If no buyer qualifies yet, the page says “No one has ordered through your link yet. Share it to get started.” If the list does not load, it says “Could not load your supporters.”
