Authoring Custom Pages
Administrators and treasurers can create, edit, and publish rich-text custom pages from the UnitTally Console under Content > Pages.
Creating a New Page
Section titled “Creating a New Page”- Open Content > Pages in the Console side navigation.
- Click Create Page.
- Choose the page scope:
- Org-Wide Page: Select Organization Root to publish pages like
/about,/faq, or/sponsors. - Campaign Page: Select a specific campaign from the dropdown to publish campaign-scoped pages like
/c/{campaignSlug}/rules.
- Org-Wide Page: Select Organization Root to publish pages like
- Enter the Page Title and URL Slug (e.g.
sponsors).
Authoring with the Rich-Text Editor
Section titled “Authoring with the Rich-Text Editor”Use the rich-text editor to format your page:
- Format headings (
H1–H3), lists, quotes, and links. - Click Insert Media to open your organization’s Media Library.
- Select an existing uploaded image or click Upload Asset to upload a new PNG or JPEG image.
- Set the image Alt Text to describe the graphic for screen readers.
Managing Navigation & Publishing
Section titled “Managing Navigation & Publishing”- Show in Navigation: Toggle
Show in Navigationto display a link to this page in your storefront header. Set aNav Orderinteger to control left-to-right link order. - Previewing Drafts: Click Preview Draft to view how your page renders on your live storefront before publishing. Admin previews use a secure signed token; anonymous visitors will not see draft pages.
- Publishing: Toggle status from
DrafttoPublished. Published pages are instantly available on your storefront.
